Tips for sunscreen use:
1- Apply sunscreen 15-30 minutes prior to sun exposure. It takes your skin about 15
minutes to absorb the sunscreen. If you wait to apply it when you are already in the sun
you won’t have all the protection you need.
2- It is recommended to apply sunscreen at least every 2 hours. But, reapply immediately
after being in the water or after excessive sweating.
3- Make sure to use enough sunscreen and thoroughly cover all areas. Don’t forget ears,
back of neck, scalp, tops of feet, hands, etc. We tend to miss those places during
